Police are appealing for witnesses to an aggravated robbery that occurred at Pennington in August this year.

About 3.15am on Monday 29 August, two men armed with firearms broke into the Grand Junction Tavern, Grand Junction Road, Pennington, shortly after closing time.  They threatened staff and made off with two cash boxes.  The suspects left in a dark Holden sedan, driven by a third person.

Fortunately, staff were not physically injured during the hold-up.

A 24-year-old Munno Para man and a 23-year-old Salisbury East man, both members of the Comanchero Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, as well as a 25-year-old Parafield Gardens woman, were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and firearms offences.

All three will be appearing the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Tuesday 8 November.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the Grand Junction Tavern at the time.
