3 December 2016 – Armed Robbery – Bakery – Bridgeman Downs

An employee of a Bridgeman Downs bakery was threatened by a man armed with a firearm during an early morning robbery.
Around 5.50am today a man entered the Canopus Street business and threatened a 62-year-old woman, demanding money from her cash register.
He ran from the store with an undisclosed sum of cash fleeing in a silver sedan.
The man is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cms tall and had his face covered with a cloth, and was wearing a long sleeved shirt and jeans.
No one was physically injured and police investigations are continuing.
