Detectives have charged a man following investigations into the alleged armed robbery of a convenience store yesterday.
It will be alleged the man, armed with a knife, entered the store on Tingal Avenue around 5.30pm.
Police further allege the armed man then confronted a staff member and made demands for money.
The staff member complied and it will further be alleged the man left the store with a sum of money.
A 30-year-old Eagleby man has been charged with one count each of armed robbery and enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
He is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, December 19.
No one was injured in the robbery.
