28 January 2017 – Armed Robbery – Bottle Shop – Albion

Police are investigating following an armed robbery at an Albion bottle shop late yesterday evening.
Around 10.30pm, two males entered the Sandgate Road business and one of the males approached a staff member at the counter.
The man produced a knife and made demands for money, after which both men left the business a short time later with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured as a result of the incident.
