Police are today releasing CCTV images of the suspect in relation to an aggravated robbery at West Lakes in January, where hotel staff were threatened by a man with a gun.
At about 1.30am, Tuesday 17 January, police were called to the Bartley Tavern on Bartley Terrace after reports that a man armed with a gun had threatened staff and demanded money.
The man stole an amount of cash which was in a blue draw-string bag, before he ran away from the scene, leaving through the front doors. Thankfully no one was physically injured.
The suspect is described as being in his early 20s, about 180cm tall, he had a cover over his face, a black hoodie style jumper, black gloves with a white pattern, baseball cap with a brown peak, blue jeans and blue Asics shoes with an orange pattern.
