Police are investigating the armed robbery of an Edmonton service station.
Around 1pm, a man entered the Bruce Highway business and requested cigarettes from a staff member.
As she turned to get them, the man pulled a large knife from under his clothes and demanded cash.
The staff member refused to comply, and the man then fled the shop with the cigarettes.
Police patrolled the area shortly after but have yet to locate the man.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
