Detectives are investigating after an armed robbery of a bottle shop last night at Helensvale.
Initial information suggests a man entered the business on Monterey Keys Drive about 7.20pm with a knife and demanded cash.
Shortly afterwards, the man fled the scene on foot with a quantity of cash and other items of property.
No one was injured as a result of the robbery.
Investigations are continuing.
