21 April 2017 – Armed Robbery – Golf Club – Carrara

Detectives are investigating following an armed robbery at a golf club in Carrara overnight.
Initial investigations indicate at around 7:30pm a man was approached in the car park of the golf club by another man.
The man produced a handgun and demanded car keys and a bag before stealing the man’s bag and fleeing the scene in a dark blue BMW SUV.
The vehicle was last seen driving along Nerang-Broadbeach Road towards Nerang.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 175cm tall, of a slim build with short dark hair.
