Police are appealing for information about an armed robbery in Warrawong early this morning.
About 2.40am (Monday 8 May 2017), police were called to a service station on King Street, Warrawong, after reports of a robbery.
Police have been told one man entered and threatened a staff member with a knife, before fleeing with cash.
No one was injured as a result of the incident.
Officers from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command launched an investigation and are calling for witnesses to come forward.
