23 May 2017 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Chermside

Police are investigating after a convenience store was robbed overnight at Chermside.
At 11.10pm two men entered the Gympie Road store and threatened the male attendant with an axe and a fence paling.
The men demanded money and left the store with a sum of money. They were last seen heading toward Henry Street, Chermside,
Police are appealing for anyone who has information in relation to the matter or CCTV or relevant dashcam vision to contact police.
The male attendant was not physically injured during the incident.
