Police are investigating the armed robbery of a store in Sydney’s west in May 2017.

About 10am on Monday 29 May 2017, a female employee was working behind the counter at a store on the Great Western Highway, Colyton, when she was confronted by a man.

The man stated to the employee that he had a gun, before walking out of the store with a $200 bottle of alcohol. The staff member was un-injured.

Officers from St Mary’s Local Area Command attended and commenced investigations.

Police have obtained images of a man they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

The man is described as Caucasian, 30-40 years old, bald and wearing a black leather jacket, black shirt and black pants.
