Police are investigating following a robbery in Sydney’s Inner West.
Officers attached to Ashfield Local Area Command were called to Alt Street, Ashfield, just after 7.30pm today (Friday 25 August 2017), following reports of an armed robbery.
Police have been told three males entered the store, armed with a crow bar, and threatened an employee before demanding cash.
As the males were threatening the staff member, he fled from the shop and contacted police.
A crime scene was established and an investigation has commenced.
The males were last seen running along Alt Street.
