20 September 2017 – Arrest – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Hampton East

Glen Eira Bayside Crime Investigation Unit detectives have charged two males following an alleged armed robbery in Hampton East earlier this month.

The alleged incident took place at a Bluff Road convenience store about 1.45am on 13 September.

A 17-year-old Edithvale boy is expected to be charged with armed robbery.

An 18-year-old Oakleigh South man was charged with armed robbery and has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today.
