Police are investigating a robbery which occurred at Aberfoyle Park this morning.

Just before 5.20am, Sunday 5 November, patrols were called to Sandpiper Drive after a man entered a service station and threatened staff with a weapon demanding cash and cigarettes.

The man left the service station on foot running east toward Hub Drive with an amount of cash and cigarettes. Police patrols and PD Marley are currently searching the area but have been unable to locate the man at this time.

No one was physically injured and investigations are continuing.

The suspect is described as Caucasian, thin build, 170cm tall. He was wearing a dark clothing and had a hooded jumper, with the hood over his head.
