12 December 2017 – Armed Robbery – Adult Store – Mackay

Police are investigating following the armed robbery of an adult store in Mackay overnight.
Initial information suggests that a man entered an adult store on Wood Street at 8.30pm and approached the counter armed with a hammer.
The man threatened the female attendant and then fled the store with a sum of cash.
No one was physically inured as a result of the incident.
The man is described as being around 180cms tall, had a dark complexion and had a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded top with a white logo, dark coloured demin shorts and white sneakers.
Investigations are continuing.
