Police are investigating an armed robbery at a supermarket in Point Cook on Monday 18 December.
Investigators have been told an unknown man entered a shopping centre on the corner of Sneydes Road and Boardwalk Boulevard about 8am.
He entered a supermarket in the centre and threatened a staff member with a knife, stealing cash and cigarettes before leaving on foot.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The offender is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, 180cm tall, medium to solid build with fair hair.
Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
