Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station in Beenleigh this morning.
At 12.45am, a male entered the City Road premises armed with a knife and attempted to access the cash register.
He proceeded to threaten the male staff member before leaving the scene on foot with a sum of money.
No-one was physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
