9 March 2018 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Coffs Harbour

Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a service station in Coffs Harbour this morning.

About 3am (Friday 9 March 2018), police have been told a man armed with a firearm entered the store on Harbour Drive.

He threatened a male staff member with the firearm before stealing cash and cigarettes. The man was last seen running east on Harbour Drive.

Officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.

Police have released an image of a man they wish to speak with who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He has been described as 183cm tall and wearing a grey hooded jumper, dark pants, black joggers with white soles and a balaclava.
