Police have charged a man over an armed robbery at a phone store at Scarborough Street at Southport on Monday evening (May 28).
During the robbery a man allegedly produced a firearm and obtained money from a store employee.
A 34-year-old man from Guanaba has been charged with armed robbery and enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He is due to face Southport Magistrates Court today.
