Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery at the Bendigo Bank on Portrush Road, Toorak Gardens.

Just before 3.30pm two suspects entered the bank and demanded money.

The suspects fled with a small amount of cash and were last seen running north along Portrush Road.

It is believed they may be driving a stolen white Mazda sedan registration number XEM203.

There were no weapons sighted and the suspects are described as about 170cm tall, medium build, full face balaclavas and gloves.

One suspect wearing a blue jumper and black pants.

The other was wearing a dark grey hooded top.

Police warn members of the public not to approach the suspects, if you see the vehicle or the people involved in the robbery call 131 444.
