20 April 2012 – Armed Robbery – Carpark – Toowoomba

Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery on Victoria Street at Toowoomba last night.
Around 9.30pm a 54-year-old man and a woman were walking in a car park when they were approached by a man armed with a knife.
The man made demands for the 54-year-olds wallet but was refused. The man then fled the scene on foot without further incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian, short dark brown hair, around 175cm tall with a slim build.
He was wearing a red jumper and dark trousers.
