Police are investigating an aggravated robbery that occurred at Findon yesterday afternoon.
At about 2.15 pm, a taxi driver was threatened and robbed by four male persons armed with a handgun and tomahawks.
They stole a small amount of cash from the victim’s wallet before getting into a silver coloured sedan and driving north along on Sando Street and out of sight.
There are no further details of the suspect motor vehicle.
The four male persons are described as being Caucasian and having Australian accents.
All are about 20 years of age and all are about same in height – approximately 170cm tall.
One is described as being of slim build and the other three were of large builds.
They wore either grey or black hooded tops with hankies covering their faces.
