A 15-year-old boy has been charged following investigations into the alleged armed robbery of a Palm Beach convenience store this morning.
Around 4.30am, a male entered the 8th Avenue premises and allegedly threatened the console operator with a knife before fleeing with cash from the till.
No one was physically injured during this incident.
The boy will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act 1992.
