Police are investigating the armed robbery of a pizza store at Holland Park last night in which a man threatened staff with a firearm.

Shortly after 10pm, a man entered the Logan Road store and threatened the 23-year-old male attendant before leaving with a sum of cash from the till.

The man then also threatened a 25-year-old man standing outside the store before stealing his backpack and fleeing east down Nursery Road on foot.

Both the attendant and bystander were not physically injured.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, in his 20’s and with a proportionate build. He was wearing dark pants, a dark jumper and his face was concealed by cloth.
