7 June 2012 – Aggravated Robbery – Cove Tavern – Hallet Cove

Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery in Hallett Cove.
At about 11.30am at the Cove Tavern on Ramrod Avenue, a man entered the gaming room and demanded money.
He ran away from the tavern with an amount of cash, and was seen getting into a late model white BMW sedan. The car was last seen heading north on Lonsdale Highway.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 30’s, medium-length dusty blonde hair, and was wearing a yellow high-visibility jacket and jeans.
No one was injured during the incident, and no weapon was seen during the robbery.
