A man has been charged in relation to the robbery of a combined service station and convenience store at Pacific Pines on November 21, 2012.
It is alleged during the early morning incident the man entered the Binstead Way premises took two pies from a heating cabinet. He then collected a number of items from the store and placed them on the counter.
It is alleged the man left the store with one pie without paying or taking any of the other items.
He then returned to the premises on two occasions a short time later armed with a bottle of wine and made demands from the store employee. It is alleged he obtained pies and cigarettes on these occasions.
A 23-year-old man from Oxenford has been charged with one count each of robbery with violence, demand property with menace and stealing.
He is due to face the Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow.
