Police have charged three people in relation to the armed robbery of a Toowoomba convenience store on November 17.

Around 7.30pm, three males entered the Ruthven Street store and threatened the two attendants with knives.

The trio left the business a short time later with a sum of cash and a quantity of cigarettes.

No one was physically injured as a result of the incident.

A 17-year-old Harlaxton man and an 18-year-old Wilsonton Heights man have been charged with two counts each of armed robbery. They will appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow.

A 15-year-old South Toowoomba boy has also been charged with two counts of armed robbery, and will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
