30 January 2013 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – North Ryde

Police from Gladesville Local Area Command are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a service station in North Ryde tonight.
Shortly before 10pm (Wednesday 30 January, 2013) two men, who had their faces covered, entered the service station on Kent Road.
One of the men was armed with a hammer and threatened the male attendant demanding cash from the till and safe.
The men ran from the location with an amount of cash.
The console operator was not hurt during the robbery, and detectives from Gladesville will conduct a full investigation.
