Police are investigating the armed robbery of a sports club in Grange overnight.

Around 8pm, a man has entered the club on Agincourt Street and produced what appeared to be a hand gun.

The man made demands for cash from an employee before leaving the premises with a sum of money.

He was last seen getting into an orange hatch back.

No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, around 170cms tall and around 25 years of age.

He was last seen wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper, a black bandana, a black cap, blue jeans and black running shoes.
