Police are investigating an armed robbery in Sydney’s south-west.
About 12.40am (Thursday 28 February 2013), a man drove a silver Mitsubishi station wagon through the drive-through of a fast food restaurant on Atkinson Road, Liverpool.
On reaching the drive-through window the man produced a firearm and threatened the female staff member, demanding cash.
He was given a sum of cash and drove from the scene. The vehicle was last seen travelling south on the Hume Highway.
The man has been described as aged in his 20s or 30s, with olive skin, and was wearing dark sunglasses and a fluoro yellow long sleeve top.
