27 February 2013 – Knife Weilding Man Chased – Gaming Room – Hotel – West Thebarton

A man allegedly armed with a knife was chased from the gaming room of the West Thebarton hotel on South Road last night.

The man entered at about 11.40pm but the robbery failed and he ran to a waiting car, a silver EL or EF Falcon sedan last seen heading towards Port Road.

The offender is described as Aboriginal, large build and wearing a black hooded top with a white pattern, dark blue jeans, a black balaclava and white gloves.
