2 March 2013 – Armed Robbery – Petrol Station – Hatton Vale

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Hatton Vale early this morning.
Around 12.05am, two men entered the Warrego Highway business and approached the console operator.
One man was armed with what is believed to be a sword and the other was armed with a saw.
The men made demands for money and the console operator has complied, handing over a sum of cash from the register.
The men have fled the store on foot.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
