Police have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries into an armed robbery at Flemington.
About 6:30am on Sunday the 5 August 2012, a man entered a service station on Parramatta Road armed with a firearm.
The man approached the 29-year-old male employee and threatened him with the firearm, demanding he open the security door.
Once inside he took an amount of cash from the till before fleeing east on Parramatta Road.
Detectives from Flemington Local Area Command wish to speak with the man depicted in the CCTV images as he may be able to assist with inquiries.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 35 to 45 years of age with a medium build. He was wearing a red and white hooded jumper with the words ‘London’ and ‘60’ written on it, dark coloured tracksuit pants and white shoes.
