2 April 2013 – Armed Robbery – Fast Food Restaurant – Ipswich

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a fast food restaurant in Ipswich overnight.
Around 12.45am a man entered the outlet before producing a screwdriver and demanded an employee hand over money from the till.
The staff member complied with the man’s demands and he fled the scene with a sum of cash.
The man (pictured in the CCTV image) is described as being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance, approximately 178cm tall with a thin build.
He was wearing a dark hooded jumper, beige shorts and white shoes.
