12 April 2013 – Attempted Armed Robbery – Bank SA – Berri

Police remain at the scene of an attempted aggravated robbery at Berri.

Just after 1.30pm a man entered the Bank SA branch on Wilson Street and demanded money.

Staff activated their security alarm and the suspect fled on foot empty handed.

He is described as being Caucasian, in his 20’s and wearing a black top, dark sunglasses and a dark hat.

He was also carrying a red back pack. No one has been injured.
