12 April 2013 – Armed Robbery – Bottle Shop – Alderley

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a bottle shop in Alderley this evening.
Around 6.20pm, a man entered the Samford Road shop and demanded money before threatening an employee with a weapon, believed to be a meat cleaver.
The employee handed over a sum of cash from the register, and the man left store on foot.
He was last seen heading in a westerly direction along Samford Road.
The man was wearing a blue hooded jumper, blue pants, and a white mask.
