1 May 2013 – Armed Robbery – Fast Food Outlet – Warwick Farm

A man will face court today following an investigation into a robbery in Sydney’s south west.

About 9.30pm on 5 March 2013, a man entered a fast food outlet on Sappho Road, Warwick Farm.

The man threatened employees with a knife and demanded money.

He ran from the store after obtaining an amount of money and was last seen running through a nearby car park.

Following investigations into the incident, police arrested a 32-year-old man on Bigge Street, Liverpool, about 3pm yesterday (Tuesday 30 April 2013).

The man, from Greenfield Park, was taken to Liverpool Police Station and charged with armed robbery.

He will appear in Liverpool Local court today (Wednesday 1 May 2013).
