1 May 2013 – Armed Robbery – Supermarket – Forest Lake

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Forest Lake supermarket this evening.
At around 7.50pm, a man entered the Woogaroo Street business, threatened two male employees with a pocket knife and made demands for cash.
The man left the store on foot with a sum of money and goods, and was last seen heading towards Grand Avenue.
The store attendants were not physically injured.
The man is described as being 190cm tall with a broad build, and was wearing a black balaclava.
Investigations are continuing.
