Police are appealing for public assistance to help solve the armed robbery of a Spring Hill grocery store on June 14.

Around1.15am a man entered the Little Edward Street business and threatened a male employee before fleeing with a sum of cash and cigarettes.

He was last seen heading towards Boundary Street.

He is described as Caucasian, aged between 35 and 50, with a proportionate build and fair complexion.

He was wearing a beanie, dark track suit top and pants and runners.
The 21-year-old employee was not injured during the incident.

Police are releasing CCTV footage of the incident and urge anyone with information as to the man’s identity or the incident to contact them immediately.Spring Hill armed robbery suspect
