June 17, 2011 – Indecent Assault – Supermarket – Goodwood

Police are investigating an indecent assault which occurred yesterday at Goodwood.

At 5.00pm a 17-year-old girl from Goodwood was walking along Lily Street when she followed into a supermarket by a man. 

The man then followed the victim as she left the supermarket and indecently assaulted her as she walked back along Lily Street. 

The suspect walked off after the victim yelled at him.

The suspect is described as being of mediterranean appearance, 80kg, slim build, about 185cm tall with collar length black and scraggly hair.  He was wearing a dark blue jumper and black jeans and a cap or hat.
