A 16-year-old youth has been arrested following a robbery at Salisbury Heights overnight.
At about 12.40am, a 20-year-old woman was walking along Stanford Road Salisbury Heights when she was allegedly approached by the youth in a car and threatened with an iron bar.
He demanded money from the victim, who handed over a small amount of cash and then drove off.
Salisbury patrols located the suspect’s car a short time later at Brahma Lodge and the male youth from Paralowie was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
The youth has been bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Youth Court at a later date.
