Police are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store at Woolloongabba overnight in which a man has stolen cash and cigarettes.
Around 7.15pm, a man has entered the Ipswich Road store and threatened the lone male employee with a knife, before fleeing with a sum of cash from the tills and a quantity of cigarettes.
The offender was last seen running down Ipswich Road.
No one was injured during this incident.
