Police are searching for two men following a robbery with violence at a business in Surfers Paradise this afternoon.
Preliminary information indicates around 2pm, two men entered a business on Trickett Street where they allegedly demanded cash and assaulted a male staff member.
The pair then left the premises and headed down Laycock Street where it is believed they caught a taxi to Broadbeach.
The men are described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in their 20s and both without shirts at the time. One man has brown hair and a sleeve length tattoo.
