September 26, 2011 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Yeronga

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store at Yeronga last night.
Around 8pm two men entered the Fairfield Road store with one standing by the door while the other man confronted the male attendant with a bladed weapon, demanding money.
After receiving an undisclosed some of cash the men then fled.
The attendant was not harmed.
The first man is described as 170cm tall and of thin build. The second man is described as 180cm tall and of heavy build.
