A man will appear in court today charged in relation to a series of armed robberies.
Strike Force Tunley was established to investigate robbery offences committed upon banks, post offices and cash outlets relating to the taxi industry.
A 26-year-old Arncliffe man was arrested today (Monday 17 October 2011) and questioned at Kogarah Police Station.
He was later charged with:
*Robbery whilst armed with offensive weapon
*Assault with intent to rob; and,
*Two counts of break, enter and steal
He’s been refused bail to appear in Kogarah Local Court today (Monday 17 October 2011)>
