Police are investigating the armed robbery of a video store in East Brisbane last night.
Shortly after 9.30pm, a woman armed with a weapon entered the Stanley Street East store and made demands for money.
The female employee complied and handed over a sum of cash.
The offender fled the store and was last seen running towards Overend Street.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm tall and of a slim build. She was wearing dark jeans and a dark hooded jacket.
