Police are searching for a white van that was used in two overnight break-ins in which property including televisions and mobiles telephones were stolen on Brisbane’s southside.

Around 2.45am a stolen white 1997 Mazda E2000 was driven through the doors of a loading dock belong to a major retailer on Morerton Bay Road, Capalaba.

Three occupants from the van have damaged several internal doors whilst rummaging through the business before loading a number of televisions and mobile phones into the van and driving away.

Around 3.20am three people have forced their way inside a Carindale electrical business, located at the intersection of Carindale Street and Old Cleveland Road. Internal doors and glass display cabinets were damaged before property, including televisions, were loaded into a white van parked in the loading dock.

One of the offenders is described as male, Caucasian, wearing a light coloured hooded jumper and denim shorts.

The other two were wearing hooded jumpers, one black in colour, and the other grey.
