Police are appealing for information following the armed robbery of a golf club at Nambucca Heads on the mid-north coast last week.
About 9:45pm, Wednesday 21 March 2012, three males wearing balaclavas entered the golf club at Stuart Island.
The trio, armed with a knife and wooden implements, threatened staff before stealing a small sum of cash from the safe.
No one was injured during the robbery and the males fled the scene after stealing a Mitsubishi Magna from the car park of the golf club.
Early the next morning (Thursday 22 March 2012) the Mitsubishi was located burnt out in bushland near Coronation Park at Bowraville.
Detectives from the Mid North Coast Local Area Command are continuing their investigations into the robbery and are looking for the three males who have only been described as wearing dark clothing and balaclavas.
