Police are investigating the armed robbery of a video store at East Brisbane yesterday.
A man armed with a knife entered the Stanley Street store around 5.35pm and demanded money from the store attendant.
The store attendant handed over a sum of cash, and the offender fled the store on foot.
He was last seen running south along Lisbon Street.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 190cm tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a dark jumper, jeans and yellow gloves.
No one was injured during the incident
