19 October 2012 – Armed Robbery – Bottle Shop – Wynnum West

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a liquor store at Wynnum West earlier today.
Around 2.30pm a man entered the store on Randall Road and produced a knife. He demanded money and the attendant complied.
The man then fled the scene on foot with an amount of cash.
The male employee was not physically injured.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, around 183cm with a solid build. He had short hair and is believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s. He spoke with a New Zealand accent.
